I'm using to verify this issue

JBoss Developer Studio
Version: 2.0.0.GA
Build id: R200903141247-H4
Build date: 200903141316

Cannot reproduce exactly the same scenario because there is no such configuration in Seam Web Project Wizard, but switching between others configurations doesn't correlate with others new wizards

What JBDS version are you running?
Do you have any exceptions in Errors View?
Is that clear JBDS installation or something else was installed at the same eclipse instance?
