Yes. This whats I have done:
#1) create a simple java project, create a copy
#2) have added jsf capabilities, have compared project with a copy. You can see in .project that was added wst nature.
#3) have created wtp dynamic project and have compared to simple java project in which we have added jsf capabilities.
