Create jsf 1.2 kick start project or import this one https://svn.jboss.org/repos/jbosstools/trunk/jsf/tests/org.jboss.tools.jsf.vpe.jsf.test/resources/jsfTest and open page testCAMessageBundlesAndEL.xhtml and try CA for message bundles. It's not works.
