Denis Golovin commented on JBIDE-4740:
--------------------------------------

It seems to be a problem only for hiberante console editors or, as Max suggested, session factory. Tere is no such problems for example in VPE tests. Vpe tests are opening and closing tons of editors and there is no OutOfMemory exceptions.

Looks like we need test suite that would test our stuff for memory leaks. That shouldn't be included in nightly tests because it could be pretty heavy and long. It should just open/close for example editors on different generated/stationary resources many times or for some period of time and there should be no OutOfMemory exceptions. Another approach have test at random create all types of projects, then open editors, close editors, delete projects and so on, to emulate real development process. I bet we'll have memory leak problems for such tests.

> I've noticed tests amount of tests on hudson is jumping. It seems to depend on host where tests has been executed. The problem is OutOfMemoryException in hibernate console tests. I ran those tests localy and have a graph from jconsole for java heap (see attachment).
