Now the Seam configurator sets a Seam Runtime from the workspace in the following way:

- if the version from pom.xml matches a full version of a Seam runtime (2.2.0.GA ...), Seam configurator will set that runtime
- otherwise, if the version from pom.xml matches a version of a Seam runtime (2.2.0 ...), that runtime will be set
- otherwise, if a default runtime for the Seam facet (2.2..) exists, the configurator will use that runtime
- otherwise, if there is a non-default runtime matching the Seam facet (2.2...), that runtime will be set
- otherwise no any Seam runtime will be set

There is a preference to suspend configuring  a Seam runtime.
