I'm using jbdevstudio-eap-linux-gtk-2.1.0.GA-N200908121835-H127. 

In seam-gen that is bundled within JBDS's eap it is corrected. See jbdevstudio/jboss-eap/seam/seam-gen/resources/WEB-INF/components-war-tokenized.xml in installed JBDS. And since seam-gen generated project is ok but JBDS-generated project not, I guess there must be some other way JBDS is generating seam project. That's why I'm reporting it against JBDS.
