The difference was created by Christian, because EAP 5 version is based on 2.2.0.CR1 and  Christian upgraded testng to 5.9 for 2.2.0GA. But I did before in EAP5 branch upgrade to 5.8. Not all things were back ported to EAP5, because we don't need 5.9 in EAP5, but Christian wanted to have in 5.9 for Resteasy module.
