Fixed.
Now this wizard allow an user to select any Seam Runtime version and show a warning if installed Seam facet doesn't match selected Seam runtime.
Also I added an warning if user selects Seam with unknown version. Before this fix we showed an error in this case. It will let user to select future seam runtimes (for example 2.3.*) without updating JBoss Tools.
