Eclipse 3.5 with DTP, EMF, XSD, GEF, WTP plug-ins installed.
JBT were installed from http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/nightly/trunk/ update site.

JBoss Developer Studio
Version: 3.0.0.M1
Build id: N200906091006-H235
Build date: 200906091039
with installed 3.1.0 M2 JBT plug-ins or w/o them.

For this configuration bug is reproducible on 100% as for Windows, as for Linux.
