c:import and c:redirect work for JSTL JSP 1.2 URI http://java.sun.com/jstl/core, but do not work when JSP 2.0 URI http://java.sun.com/jsp/jstl/core is specified.

OpenOn for jsp:include and jsp:directive.include does not work in my project. Maybe some tld or libraries are missing?
