I watched the movie but did not spot what were the difference between the code completion before and after doing the quick fix ?

The quick fix says need to enable it to allow for JSF content assistance but it seems like it was already there.

Is the quickfix not only for making sure any updates in the project gets picked up ? i.e. content assist still works but if you add/remove
some tld's/classpath you wont notice it ?
