Len, do you have suggestions on what these dialogs should be?

For the Properties dialog title, it seems a bit odd to put "Guvnor Resource Properties" in the dialog title, since it's already the first label on the dialog itself.

For the Error, perhaps simply "Guvnor Repository Error" instead of "Error"?
