definitly looks much better and also seem to follow the eclipse ui guide lines.

Note though that if you are using the title grouping then do it consistently even though it is just one field. (so page2 is more correct than the page)

Also please go through the text and remove the redundant uppercasing..

i.e. 

"Always Prompt For Tag Attributes During Tag Insert" should be "Always prompt for tag attributes during tag insert."

Look at i.e. Java JDT preference pages to see when things should actually be uppercased.
