The default seam template in the wizard is whichever is installed as a seam runtime.  it gets the installed seam runtime of the highest version. All that would need to be done here (I believe) is to make sure the installer or the seam startup plugin installs the most recent seam runtime from EAP's location.

I'm not sure how to do that, and so I pass this over to Dennis.
