Now it is possible to change JDK/JRE for server runtime. This automatically changes JRE for the server launch configuration.
However, I can't find any way to change Java Execution Environment to 1.6 if JDK/JRE 1.6 doesn't exist. It seems that JRE for the server launch configuration is set based on the JRE for the server runtime. It is not possible to set Java Execution Environment for the server runtime.
