Max Rydahl Andersen updated JBIDE-4834:
---------------------------------------

Summary: Allow server runtimes to refer to an execution environment (was: EAP is created incorrectly when starting JBDS with JDK 1.5)
    Description:
Original: "When starting JBDS 2.1 with jdk 1.5, EAP is configured to use jdk 1.5. The user can't change jdk for the server."

If the server runtime's could use a execution environment instead of specific vm then users could control which vm their set of servers would use.

The old vm option should still be supported since sometime you want to use a specific vm.

was:When starting JBDS 2.1 with jdk 1.5, EAP is configured to use jdk 1.5. The user can't change jdk for the server.

Assignee: Rob Stryker (was: Snjezana Peco)
       Priority: Major (was: Blocker)
