There are two issues with jBPM Runtime Locations configuration dialog.

1) In the case the list of installed runtime contains only one element, it can not be removed - remove button is disabled.
2) All changes are applied immediatelly. The  Apply button has no meaning and Cancel button does not work as expected.

Overall, the user experience is incossistent with similar dialogs and should be improved.
