Validate CSV  template model and marker error/warning information on the figure:

1. Miss seperator character : Marker error icon on "CSV Template" figure and tooltip message is "Seperator character can't be empty";

2. Miss quote character : Marker error icon on "CSV Template" figure and tooltip message is "Quote character can't be empty";

3. No CSV fields : Marker error icon on "CSV-Record" figure and tooltip message is "CSV fields can't be empty";

4.CSV-Record isn't linked with source node : Marker error icon on "CSV-Record" figure and tooltip message is "Must be linked with source node";

5.CSV-Record isn't linked with source node : Marker error icon on  each CSV field igure and tooltip message is "Case CSV-Record isn't linked with source node , this node can't be linked";
