Hi Jeff,

I have developed a extend plugin for wtp wsdl editor. But  for now, I can not commit it into our codes base, because 
1 the extend plugin need wtp team apply some patches to their codes
2 the partnerlink type reference issue is caused by a eobject reference issue and  is being fixed by eclipse bpel team guys

So when they finish their works, I will commit my extend plugin into our codes base, then you can test it.
