STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Open the attached project.
2. Open file 'index.html' press Ctrl key and move the mouse cursor over text 'style.css' (try to invoke OpenOn functionality).
ACTUAL RESULT:
Nothing happens.
EXPECTED RESULT:
The link to the stylesheet should be underlined.
