For Input Types without any configuration UI beyond adding a sample input data file, we should show a label or something that says "Specify sample data in the Input Data section." It just looks odd to not have anything showing whether you expand the section or not and might cause some people to think something is wrong or missing.

- Java
- XSD/WSDL
