Size issues in the Task configuration area need to be resolved (by GA if possible, by 3.1.1 if not)
- Remove unnecessary fields
- Simplify CSV configuration (JBIDE-5422)
- All "Input Configuration" panels need to be scrollable - sometimes they are and sometimes they're not, which is confusing
