New ESB Project Wizard why isn't the JBoss ESB Version selected for me

When I click a runtime why can't the ESB Version already be configured for me.  How are customers supposed to know which version makes up our Productized products.  For example if I am picking SOA-P 4.3 should this default to 4.4 or 4.3.
