I've added Kevin Conner to the watch list.

Kevin, we can fix this for new files but the old one is still used by users/customers so I guess we need to support that too when they edit their files, correct ?

And is there any chance that we could actually get a *stable* XSD url instead of svn trunk pointer so we don't have to continue bumping into issues around this ?
