I was unable to get unsynchronized state for Visual/Source as Vitaly said. Visual part always updates to the correct state. Of cause it needs some seconds to finish the update job. But then everything looks fine. 

Also I've restored the delay time, because it's useful for the editor's update: during quick changes unfinished update jobs will be cancelled in favor of newly launched ones. And it will save processing time. Some Eclipse editors work in the same way.
