Create New BPEL Process does not put it in the bpelContent folder

When you create a New BPEL Process, it does not automatically create it in the BPEL folder. I believe this is required for the deploy-bpel.xml to find the ports as mentioned here: https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBIDE-5248 by fqian at redhat.com
