Max Rydahl Andersen commented on JBIDE-5452:
--------------------------------------------

i.e. only in the case where the project is *not* a java project does new class create it in the selected element - for java projects the selected element have to be on the source/build path to be considered otherwise it just chooses the first folder.

> When you create a New BPEL Process, it does not automatically create it in the BPEL folder. I believe this is required for the deploy-bpel.xml to find the ports as mentioned here: https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBIDE-5248 by fqian at redhat.com
