Two things:

1) I agree that only having warning will be problematic, I suggest we add a code completion that says "Enable full code completion for this project" or similar which would run the quick fix for it.

2) If these are old projects of ours doesn't there exist *some* builder/nature we can hook into or extend to enable kbbuilder if it is not already there ?
