Import/export could be done in several ways:
1) Store settings in the workspace scope: import will be performed during switching workspaces.
2) Store settings in the projects scope: importing the project will add tag templates to the global scope.
3) Create the special dialog for import/export: the setting will be stored as a separate file and could be imported to the workspase through special dialog.
