#1) import jsf2test project https://svn.jboss.org/repos/jbosstools/trunk/jsf/tests/org.jboss.tools.jsf.vpe.jsf.test/resources/jsf2test
#2) open jbide2550.xhtml page
#3) make openOn on tag h:outputLabel tag
html_basic.tld will be opened 
but h:outputLabel definition exist in html_basic.taglib.xml file to.
So we need possibility select which file will be opened(desciption or definition).
Some kind like it done for java editor when we openon on same interface method.
