You should use the New Seam Web Project wizard.
The Dynamic Web Project wizard is a WTP's wizard that doesn't create JBoss specific artifacts (*ds.xml, jboss-app.xml...).
You even can't create a Seam project using the Dynamic Web Project wizard.
