Hey Nick...

I know this is probably the last thing you want to look at after you get back from your vacation...

Based on the dependencies, it looks like the org.eclipse.bpel.wsil.model is used by org.eclipse.bpel.ui. Both are listed as plug-ins in the bpel feature and LOOK ok to my build-ignorant eyes. 

Do you have any idea why we'd be seeing this issue during installation?
