How to reproduce the "Scrolling" bug of Input Configuration Panel : 

1. Choose the "XML" input type , save and close the editor.
2. Open the editor , make sure the height of input configuration panel is short.
3. Choose the "JSON" input type.

we will find the scrolling bar of  input configuration panel  don't change , some GUIs can't display.
