Actually looks like there a multiple issues in play.

Nothing can be deployed to local only and I expect ssh only servers too since the deployers need a runtime for a deploy locaiton ?! 

And that some parameter info is causing problems - the error about Invalid matching rule.

And ESB export/deploy seem to fail depending on its structure.
