My understanding was that the ESB runtime does not support redeploy by touching the descriptor.
If that is not correct then we can implement "touch by restart" as we have done for all the other war, jar, ear etc.

(note, we don't do it on every file change because redeploy takes a long time for anything else than tiny projects)
