Burr, 
in your PDF, you said all the default values are wrong. You means all of the four values of the Configurations?
In JBDS, the server = eap 5 is wrong? 
the web service runtime = axis is wrong, I will check it.
the other two values are from wtp framwork if you use the new web service wizard, we can't customize it.
