1.create EAR project p1 and a WAR project p2, open Module Assembly property page and add p1 to p2 as reference,
2. create a SOA-P 5.0 and double click the created server adapter in the server view and select "Deploy projects as compressed archives",
3. publish the server, nothing deployed.
