Only thge following hibernate properties added with hibernate.properties file:
hibernate.connection.provider_class org.hibernate.connection.DriverManagerConnectionProvider
hibernate.datasource=
hibernate.transaction.manager_lookup_class=

Also removed question about dialect at seam wizard as it is not necessary.
