#2 open page index.html and try to openOn from <a href="pages/components/head2.jsf">h:head (2nd)</a>
ASSERT head2.xhtml should be opened
Also take into account that link to page can be specified in this was #{facesContext.externalContext.requestContextPath}/<path>
