I have used this project https://svn.jboss.org/repos/jbosstools/trunk/jsf/tests/org.jboss.tools.jsf.vpe.jsf.test/resources/jsf2test .
I haven't used any css-styles or template files with it file. I have founded this issue when check JBIDE-5478, so this issues can be related to each other.
I can't reproduce this issue too now, but if it related to threads and jobs can be very hard to reproduce.
