I have fixed this issue in case of creating a seam project using the New Seam Project wizard. The issue can happen when creating a project in some other way. You probably faced it using the New Project Example wizard.
I have fixed the problem in the same way as it has been fixed in the New Seam Project wizard.

The issue can probably be reproduced using Eclipse's "Import Existing Projects into Workspace" or using some other wizard for creating a project.
We can't do anything if projects are created using wizards out of JBoss Tools. A workaround for those cases would be to change the build path of the project or to close/open the project.
