Other things to consider for our updatesite:

Shouldn't the 3rd party dependencies be available on this site ?
i.e. testng/springide possibly even our eclipse dependencies ?

How do we handle P2's total lack of optionallity ?
Only have required stuff in the product, and all optional plugins on the updatesite  ?
i.e. have the TPTP adapter for AS on the updatesite but not in the product ?
Repackage springide ?
