WTP HTML code assist processor recognize "style" as html style attributes and don't ask proposals for an attribute value. So our JSF CA processor is not invoked there.
We have to hook into WTP processor or refactor our JSF CA (as we planed) and use different approach to get CA for JSF EL.
Not for GA anyway.
