* Red is still too much like JBoss Dev Studio. 
* Black is too stark.
* option 6 just disappears - too subtle

+1 for r6v1 option 5's colours - good contrast on the orange and grey-navy
+1 for r6v1 option 6's shadow/halo - to give some depth & make it "pop" a little
+1 for r6v1 option 4's metallic shine/smudge - makes the wrench more realistic

I'd still prefer the JBoss to be larger w.r.t. Tools, but I can live it. :)
