Well how do you distinguish behavior differences if you don't know what version of drools the user is targeting ?

with respect whether mutliple runtimes can be detected in the same location then I don't know how SOA-P next version will look like obviously, but then that is not my point. I want the classpath to be stable no matter what happens - it should not be dynamic.
If the user wants to refresh his jars then he should explicitly ask for that IMO.

At least four of the ones in the lib directory are required for runtime (antlr-runtime-3.1.1.jar, core-3.4.2.v_883_R34x.jar, mvel2-2.0.5.jar, xstream-1.3.1.jar), and the jars in a subdirectory are not added to the runtime classpath.
