Steps to reproduce :

- open com.jboss.jbds/product/plugin.properties using the Text editor or Properties File Editor
- open com.jboss.jbds/product/plugin.properties with the JBoss Tools Properties Editor
- activate the Text Editor 

You will see that the plugin.properties file has been changed.
