Actually there are a few issues in the forum references which were discussed.
I've created one about code assist for #{messages[...]} https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBIDE-3845

Regarding this one. I would resolve it as "not a bug". All messages-*.properties files should have the same properies names.
Only properties values should be different. And code assist works only with properties names. So it doesn't metter for CA which locale is used.

Am I wrong?
