We have not picked the build up yet because we do not use integration builds, only release builds. And wtp 3.1 has not had a release build yet. So you're imagination is incorrect.

As per Tim's comment:

"Released to WTP 3.1 builds."

It was not released to the maintenance stream. Only to the 3.1 builds.
