I didn't understand  what had you want to say. 
Shouldn't  this dialog allow to add new css class ?
This dialog allows to edit different files and saving during activity with the wizard is required. But saving during activity without switching to another file is not  required.
Entering new value in a field automatically is not  token place. Changes will be added to file only when "ok" or "apply" are  pressed.
