---------------------------------------

We offer following adjustments.
For New CSS Class Wizard:
1) Add one page which will be contain 2 fields, CSS File( user can select only existing files, for creating new file exist another wizard) and CSS class name
2) On second page CSS File will be disabled, and CSS Class Name will be disabled too.
For New CSS Style Dialog:
1) Disable CSS File field, user can edit CSS classes only for file for which dialog was called
2) Near "Style class" field add new button, which allows for us add new classes to this select.
3) Disable editiong in "Style class" field, user can only select existing classes in this field.
4) Don't show dialog "Save changes" or not when user change class in "Style class" select field.
